Safe-Entry Community Mental Health, Inc., is a non-profit 501c(3) agency incorporated in the State of Tennessee since 2001. The agency is licensed by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Development Disabilities for psychoeducational rehabilitation services,partial hospitalization,casemanagement, support services and supportive and transitional housing.. The agency mission is based upon the fact that all people need support, guidance, and opportunities during stages of development for growth and change. The overall concept is to focus on giving people a chance to develop leadership, build skills, form relationships and become productive citizens.

Case managers... guide families through the confusion of "the system," to find and access the services they need for a balanced life.
Team supervisors... assure the right specialists are assigned to each consumer. They oversee progress, and make adjustments as necessary.
Psychiatrists and advanced practice nurses... help consumers understand their illness or their child’s illness. They provide treatment with the right medications, if indicated, and help consumers manage their medications.
Nurses... complete a full nursing assessment every time the consumer comes in for an appointment, keeps open communication with medical doctors, and will go to the consumer's home if needed.
Support staff... smooth the process for consumers and their families, assuring they get the help they need, when they need it.
