Safe-Entry, Inc., is a non-profit 501c (3) agency incorporated in the State of Tennessee since 2001. Safe Entry, Inc. delivers structured outpatient mental health services, psychosocial rehabilitation and supportive housing designed to stabilize high-risk individuals and reduce hospitalizations.
WHAT WE DO:
At Safe Entry, Inc., we provide a continuum of behavioral health and community-based services that support individuals with chronic mental health conditions, co-occurring disorders and complex care needs.
Our structured programming combines:
