Through the housing program participants can be linked with roommates, independent housing, and supportive services at an affordable rate.  Many different types of housing are available (within the Madison, TN area) for veterans, mentally ill consumers, and the homeless population.

Supervised Housing (24/7 awake staff)

Supportive Housing provides for individuals in transition from psychiatric hospitalization or unstable living situations; services include daily social and life skills training, medication management, psycho-social education sessions, coordinated whole-person health care, social outings, group activities and more.

Enhanced Supportive Housing provides specialized homes with additional staff, available for those needing more hands-on care due to unique medical and/or mental health needs.

Transitional Housing (pictured above) is provided to consumers who are capable of living independently of a care giver.
