Safe-Entry’s Adult Day Treatment Services, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services and Mental Health Outpatient are non-residential programs that provides a treatment and/ or rehabilitation of a minimum of four hours per day for adult service participants (must be 18 or older) with mental illness.

Effective treatment starts with a thorough psychiatric evaluation provided by an outside board certified adult psychiatrists, along with an advanced nurse practitioner.

Once a diagnosis has been established, we then embark upon assisting the participant through individual and/or group sessions. We provide a coordinated program in a community based nonresidential setting to enrolled participants who need supervised care in a safe place outside of the home.

The program's primary goal is to provide educational groups to participants identified by mental health personnel as needing assistance due to mental illness.

There is an attempt to help participants learn current information about their disorder. The insight gained helps individuals become more educated about their disabilities and learn how to deal and integrated the system of care that is designed to help them and prevent premature institutionalization.

Topics to be discussed during educational groups include but are not limited to: Psychological and physiological effects of psychotropic medication, signs and symptoms of depression, relapse triggers, healthy living and wellness.

Our participants are like family! We go the extra mile - we cash checks, make weekly runs to the store and take our clients on outings.  In addition, we proudly serve breakfast, a deliciously prepared hot lunch and a snack (at no additional charge) that all meet the guidelines of the USDA.
